Responsibilities Conduct daily cycle counts and triggered audits to ensure 100% inventory accuracy. Optimize product placement and labeling to streamline warehouse workflows and improve retrieval times. Analyze inventory discrepancies and perform root-cause research to resolve stock variances. Manage the processing of damaged goods, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates. Maintain a clean, secure, and highly organized facility to support safe operational practices. Collaborate across departments to meet productivity targets and support overall distribution goals. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track and verify stock movements. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Proven experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Proficiency with RF scanning equipment and basic computer systems. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under time constraints. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as standing, walking, and reaching for extended periods. Preferred Skills Prior experience in quality control or inventory auditing roles. Demonstrated ability to maintain high productivity levels while adhering to safety protocols. Strong organizational skills with a focus on process improvement.
