Permanent, Full Time Pay:

$20 per hour (Pay raise after 90 days and full Benefits) Job Description This position is primarily computer-based and is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and managing finished goods within our warehouse inventory system.

The position will include:

Creating assembly builds for finished goods in NetSuite Transferring inventory items between locations and inventory accounts Managing and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory records Printing and applying serial number tags for finished goods Entering and verifying inventory information in NetSuite Reviewing inventory transactions for accuracy Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure physical inventory matches system records Maintaining organized and accurate documentation Performing routine inventory checks and resolving discrepancies What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Very detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working at a computer for the majority of the workday Able to perform repetitive data-entry and inventory tasks accurately Comfortable learning and working in NetSuite Able to follow procedures and maintain accurate records Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently Comfortable working with warehouse and inventory personnel Previous NetSuite or inventory-management experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Important This is primarily a computer-based inventory position . The majority of the workday will be spent working in NetSuite, entering inventory transactions, creating assembly builds, transferring inventory, printing serial tags, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory records.
