Responsibilities Execute daily cycle counts and triggered audits to ensure 100% inventory accuracy using RF scanner technology. Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment to facilitate smooth operations. Drive productivity by meeting established units per hour (UPH) targets through efficient workflow management. Process damaged goods and reconcile discrepancies to minimize inventory loss. Ensure proper product alignment and labeling throughout the facility to improve picking speed. Collaborate across various departments to support overall warehouse objectives and operational goals. Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 18 years of age. Proven experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory management. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like standing, walking, and kneeling for extended periods. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Prior experience in quality assurance or inventory auditing.
