Job Description
Job Summary The Inventory Control Specialist role ensures the accuracy of the data in our internal systems compared to the physical counts of inventory. This position collaborates across departments to identify issues and resolve trends, presenting proactive solutions that serve our customers. Inventory Control Specialists work independently and efficiently across departmental teams and are expected to fulfill their responsibilities with precision and care. Responsibilities Complete a minimum of 5 replenishments per hour Have a clean as you go mentality, removing trash and empty skids from bins Communicate inventory discrepancies with respective inventory team members Maintain performance, safety, and cultural expectations Report any damages to product seen in bins Report any forklift incidents Be respectful to lift traffic in warehouse and communicate direction Operate the stand-up reach truck Other duties as assigned by team lead outside area of responsibility
