Responsibilities Execute systematic cycle counts to verify physical stock against digital records, ensuring high inventory accuracy. Investigate and resolve inventory variances by performing root-cause analysis to prevent future discrepancies. Maintain and update inventory management software with precise data to support supply chain visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline bin location reporting and material tracking. Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance overall warehouse efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines to maintain a secure and organized workspace. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex inventory problems. Proficiency with PC-based inventory management systems and data entry. High level of organization and extreme attention to detail. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs and frequent movement. Preferred Skills Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
