Job Description
FieldBridge is looking for an Inventory Specialist in Minden, NV. We offer weekly pay + benefits. Pay Rate/Schedule $25.00/hour | Monday-Friday, 1st shift (dayshift) | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available | At $25/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,375 gross . Position Overview FieldBridge is seeking a hands-on Inventory Specialist to manage spare parts inventory and procurement for our client's maintenance and facilities teams. This role requires strong organizational skills to maintain inventory within limited cabinet storage space, and the ability to work independently while helping build out inventory processes. Key Responsibilities Procure and stock inventory, including spare parts for active repair cases Communicate with suppliers to ensure quality, service, and delivery targets are met Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Manage tools with calibration requirements and fork truck certifications Handle credit card/expense reporting and coordinate travel arrangements Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of relevant hands-on inventory experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Experience with maintenance management software (Maintenance Connection/Accruent) a plus, not required
