Key Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction to students with significant cognitive, developmental, or behavioral disabilities Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies to support individual learning goals Partner with other educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Maintain a safe and encouraging classroom environment
