Update forecast data and sales orders in system Generate shipments in the system prior to deadlines Communicate shipping plans and open order reports to customers Monitor/control PO issuance to ensure product(s) are purchased within lead time Monitor open orders from factories and ensure secure safety stock at warehouse Support urgent shipment requests from customers Ensure smooth launching of new product(s) Monitor/analyze customer forecast data and report any demand changes Provide excellent customer service and communication to customers Oversee reports and documentation related to forecasting, requesting assistance from Senior Supply Planning Specialists or manager as needed.
