Role:

The Driver's Helper position is essential to the smooth operation of our construction projects, ensuring that materials and supplies are delivered efficiently and safely to our customers. This role involves physical labor, including loading and unloading materials. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are paramount, as this position directly impacts project efficiency and worker safety. Ultimately, the Driver's Helper position contributes to the overall success of our construction operations by ensuring that all logistical needs are met promptly and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is

PREFERRED

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor. Basic understanding of operations and safety protocols. Ability to operate a boom is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or construction environment.

Responsibilities :

Load and unload construction materials and equipment from trucks and storage areas. Ride along with company driver to job sites to deliver material Assist in the preparation of materials for upcoming construction projects. Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.

Skills:

The required skills for this position include physical stamina and strength, which are essential for handling heavy materials and performing manual tasks throughout the day. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that all materials are stored safely. Communication skills are also important, as the Warehouse Labor will need to work closely with other team members to coordinate logistics.
