CSPs are independent businesses that partner with FedEx to pick up deliver packages. We offer full and part-time opportunities. We need reliable, independent, and flexible hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment! You'll partner with our drivers to efficiently deliver FedEx packages to customers in our delivery area. No experience is required, and we offer on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery helpers enjoy being out on the road assisting, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. Benefits & Scheduling:

Starting pay $100.00/day (paid weekly) 8-hour shifts are typical 4-6 day workweek (32-48 hours) is typical Schedule for full-time team members is a rotation where team members should not work more than 6 consecutive days, allowing for more personal time; 1 weekend day Sunday or Saturday per week. Fixed schedules are available, but flexibility is recommended. Daytime shift only What You'll Do As a Delivery Helper, you will ride along in a FedEx-branded, and/or DOT regulated delivery truck and support the driver in picking up and delivering packages.

Your responsibilities include:

Successfully handle and deliver packages during our peak season (mid November to late December) Perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, and Company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 150 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use electronic devices for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and communicating with supervisors and other team members Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Qualifications Must be at least 20 years old Authorized to work in the United States Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills Must be able to operate handheld technology Hiring Process The process takes approximately 1-2 WEEKS to
