This role involves performing outdoor maintenance tasks to ensure the course remains in excellent condition for players. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions. Duties Mow greens, tees, and fairways to maintain a pristine playing surface Assist with general landscaping and turf management tasks Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers and trimmers safely and effectively Support other maintenance activities as needed to uphold course standards Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all outdoor work activities Skills Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in different weather conditions Basic knowledge of lawn care equipment operation is preferred but not required Strong work ethic with attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic outdoor environment while contributing to the upkeep of a beautiful golf course.
