ReSource Waste Services of Ware is a C&D recycling location that utilizes and on-site rail system to ship residual. We are looking for a Laborer with equipment experience. The Laborer with equipment experience will be responsible for the following:

Laborer:

Laborer duties include the following but not limited to: Tarping rail cars Directing trucks Facility site upkeep Other assigned duties

Equipment:

Operate small equipment such as a forklift and skid steer with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Daily routine equipment maintenance. Training on heavy equipment May on occasion get involved with maintenance of the facility so any mechanical ability is a plus but not required. Training provided on site. Room for advancement. Ensure compliance within company standards, federal and state policies Adhere to health and safety programs. The position requires you to work outside in all types of weather. Able to lift approximately 50lbs. The position requires you to be on your feet for extended periods of time. The position is Monday - Friday with periodic Saturdays and usually 40-50 hours per week.
