In this role, you'll support furnace and melt operations that are critical to producing high-quality metal products in a safety-focused environment. What You'll Do as a

Foundry Laborer:

Perform pressure pour tender duties, converter truck driving, and additional melt tasks as requiredAssist melter and assistant melter with furnace operations, operational maintenance, and deslaggingHelp perform refractory repairs on furnaces, ladles, spouts, and related equipmentAssist during furnace coil changes and refractory relinesOperate cranes to meet production requirementsMonitor quality, mechanical, or delay issues and notify supervisors as neededUse downtime productively by completing housekeeping and area improvement tasksWhat You Need to Bring to the

Foundry Laborer Role:
