Job Description
We're Eagle Eye Painting and Fine Finishing. Looking for decent humans that have a good head on their shoulders. No experience is needed, but certainly doesn't hurt. This summer we're looking for employees to fill a laborer roll as well as potentially a lead position. We'd love to find applicants that are willing to learn and then lead as they get more comfortable. Be able to legally work in the United States and able to work alongside people on a daily basis. It's highly encouraged to not have a fear of heights as we often work from 24-40ft ladders. We work 4 day work weeks Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm because we want life to be about more than just work. We work mainly in the Saratoga Springs area and the surrounding area. We've had jobs in the past that require some more extensive driving, but it's not typically our wheelhouse. We deal mainly in residential work for clients that trust us to provide them with a great paint job. We expect our employees to be respectful of our clients and have a 0 tolerance policy in regards to being rude or outwardly disruptive with our clients. Overall, this job is one that you can grow into. Must be able to lift and carry ladders and have a drivers license with a vehicle. We work all around the Saratoga area mainly and sometimes travel 20-30 minutes to job sites. Having a vehicle is a non-negotiable as we travel from site to site. Pay rate will be based off experience
