Stump Grinder Operator / Tree Service Laborer Flynn Tree Services is looking to hire a reliable and experienced Stump Grinder Operator to join our growing team. This position will focus primarily on stump grinding, jobsite cleanup, and assisting our tree crews as needed. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable operating equipment safely around residential properties.

Position Responsibilities:

Operate stump grinding equipment safely and efficiently Grind stumps to the proper depth based on the job scope Clean up grindings, debris, and surrounding work areas Assist with loading, unloading, and hauling equipment Communicate clearly with crew leaders, office staff, and customers when needed Maintain equipment and report any issues or needed repairs Follow all company safety procedures Assist tree crews with general labor when stump grinding work is completed

Requirements:

Prior stump grinding or tree service experience preferred Must be dependable and show up on time Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, rake, shovel, and perform physical labor Valid driver's license preferred (Bonus if you have a CDL!) Experience towing trailers is a plus Must be able to work safely around homes, lawns, driveways, fences, and utilities Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time available depending on experience and workload Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed Hours may vary based on weather, seasonality, and job schedule
