Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Amazon Driver Helper with Next Phase Logistics! Responsibilities Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading packages from box trucks and other commercial vehicles using manual lifting techniques and equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary. Support route driving by helping ensure all packages are organized correctly for delivery, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. Help load shipments at warehouses or distribution centers, ensuring proper handling of goods including heavy lifting and moving items safely. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with recipients during deliveries, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain safety protocols during all activities, including proper lifting techniques and adherence to traffic laws while assisting with route driving. Collaborate closely with drivers to ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and smooth route execution. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and work areas to promote safety and efficiency. Basic Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must have, at a minimum, a valid drivers' license, State ID or passport Must complete a criminal background check Must complete and pass a drug test
