We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable laborers to join our industrial team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to various equipment and components, ensuring they meet all safety and quality standards. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities forLaborers:
Operate airless and pneumatic sprayers to apply paint or coatings accurately and efficiently. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and ensuring all materials are properly positioned. Move, position, and secure materials or parts as needed to facilitate painting. Operate related equipment safely, including moving and removing machined parts to designated locations. Sanding and grinding metal. Inspect finished work to ensure it aligns with quality standards and specifications. Maintain a clean work environment by properly disposing of scrap and waste materials. Follow all safety procedures, including wearing PPE, such as steel-toed boots provided by the company. Qualifications forLaborers:
Previous experience in industrial or shop painting preferred. Comfortable operating painting equipment and related tools. Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing for extended periods. Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work. Lift 30-35lbs. Must wear steel-toed boots (provided PPE will also be supplied by the company).Benefits & Opportunities:
