Job Summary Kingdom Kidz Learning Center is seeking a dependable, caring, patient, and energetic Daycare Teacher/Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children and a desire to provide a safe, nurturing, structured, and positive learning environment. This position is responsible for providing attentive care and age-appropriate learning experiences while supporting each child's social, emotional, physical, and developmental needs. We are looking for someone who understands that working in childcare is more than supervising children—it requires consistency, patience, professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to helping children learn and grow. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide attentive and appropriate supervision of children at all times. Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Plan and participate in age-appropriate educational activities, games, crafts, reading, music, and structured play. Encourage positive social interaction, communication, independence, and age-appropriate behavior. Assist children with meals, snacks, toileting, diapering, handwashing, rest periods, and other daily routines as required by age group. Follow all classroom schedules, center policies, safety procedures, and childcare licensing requirements. Monitor children closely and promptly report injuries, illnesses, behavioral concerns, or other important matters to management. Maintain appropriate classroom records and complete required documentation accurately and on time. Properly clean and sanitize classroom areas, toys, tables, equipment, and other frequently used surfaces. Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents, guardians, coworkers, and management. Maintain confidentiality concerning children, families, staff, and center-related information. Work cooperatively with other teachers and staff members to maintain proper supervision and a positive working environment. Assist with classroom transitions, arrival, dismissal, and other center activities as assigned. Follow emergency procedures and respond calmly and appropriately when situations arise. Attend required staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development. Perform other childcare-related duties as assigned by the Director or Assistant Director.
