$15.00 per hour Join the Cameron Recycling Team! Cameron Recycling is looking for a dependable, hardworking Material Sorter / Baler Helper to join our Non-Ferrous Operations team. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in an outdoor environment, and take pride in being a reliable team member, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Assist the bale team with daily operations. Sort recyclable materials according to company standards. Inspect completed bales for quality. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the yard. Support team members with daily production tasks. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Dependable with excellent attendance. Arrives to work on time and ready to work. Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day. Team player with a positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience is a plus, but not required. Knowledge of recyclable or non-ferrous materials is helpful, but not required.
