The Role:

We are seeking a dependable General Laborer / Lighting Installer to join our field operations team. You will work directly with our Lead Installers to bring beautiful lighting designs to life. No prior electrical experience is required—we work exclusively with safe, low-voltage systems and will provide full on-the-job training. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working with your hands, and love seeing a project through from dirt to dazzling, this is the job for you.

What You Will Do:

Site Preparation & Clean-Up:

Load and unload equipment, materials, and tools from the company trucks daily. Ensure the job site is kept clean and safe, leaving the client's property better than we found it.

Trenching & Wiring:

Dig shallow trenches (typically 6-8 inches deep) by hand to bury low-voltage wiring across lawns and garden beds.

Fixture Installation:

Assist in mounting and securing architectural and landscape lighting fixtures into the ground, on structures, and occasionally in trees.

Team Support:

Act as the right hand to the Lead Installer, handing off tools, unboxing fixtures, and learning the trade of low-voltage lighting installation.

Tool Operation:

Safely use hand tools, power tools, and ladders to complete installations.

What We're Looking For:

Work Ethic:

You are reliable, show up on time, and aren't afraid of hard physical work.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, dig trenches, kneel, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods. Comfortable working on ladders.

Outdoor Readiness:

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, light rain).

Experience:

Previous experience in landscaping, construction, irrigation, or general manual labor is a strong plus, but not required. We will train the right attitude!

Requirements:

A valid driver's license, reliable transportation to work, and the ability to pass a background check.

Attitude:

Polite and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.

Competitive Pay:

$18.00 to $19.00 per hour to start, depending on your experience.

Full-time, year-round work (Monday - Friday, day shifts) with occasional overtime opportunities.
