About the
Role:
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who takes initiative, works independently, solves problems effectively, and can manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
Fully bilingual (English/Spanish): Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages are required. High level of responsibility and accountability: Must be dependable, organized, and able to manage daily tasks with minimal supervision.
Problem-solving skills:
Must be able to identify issues, think critically, and resolve problems quickly while remaining calm under pressure.
Professional communication:
Must be confident making and receiving business phone calls and communicating professionally by phone and email in both English and Spanish.
Multitasking and prioritization:
Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize responsibilities, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Google Sheets:
Advanced proficiency required. Must be able to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and data tracking documents using formulas and organizational tools.
Microsoft Office:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Multitasking:
Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and punctual:
Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.
International logistics:
Previous experience or knowledge of international logistics, freight forwarding, customs, or transportation operations is preferred.
Professional skills:
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to follow instructions, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Part-Time)
