This role supports logistics, inventory management, and process improvement initiatives, helps the warehouse team meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate leads by example through a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate inbound delivery and receiving of shipments. Unload freight trucks. Retrieve pallets and stored products and equipment. Label products and packages. Pull and deliver inventory items. Monitor the ticketing system for pick requests. Operate forklift. Enter shipping data using appropriate scales, computer systems, forms, and measurements. Prepare and pack shipments according to shipping guidelines and customer requirements. Conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy. Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely restocking and prevent stockouts. Resolve discrepancies in shipments, inventory, or orders. Maintain warehouse layout and ensure a clean and safe work environment. Monitor key metrics (KPIs) to drive task completion. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet business objectives and escalate critical roadblocks impacting warehouse operations. Manage projects as assigned by warehouse manager. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Perform additional duties as required.
