This role is central to the company's monthly S&OP process, supplying the supply-side data and inventory risk signals that drive purchasing decisions. Job Description Purchase Order & Vendor Management Manage purchase orders and delivery timelines for an assigned vendor portfolio, from order placement through delivery confirmation Communicate directly with vendors on order status, delays, and quality or quantity discrepancies Track container and shipment timing in coordination with freight forwarders, escalating lead-time risks proactively Inventory & ERP Data Integrity Maintain product codes, specifications, and inventory records in the ERP system with a high standard of accuracy Verify incoming product against approved specifications before it's received into inventory Monitor sell-through vs. reorder pace for assigned SKUs and flag emerging overstock or understock gaps before they become forecast misses Cross-Functional Coverage & Collaboration Cross-train on freight forwarder communication and logistics functions outside your primary vendor assignment to ensure full coverage during absences Coordinate with team members and SCM leadership to ensure consistent processes across all vendor portfolios Reporting & S&OP Support Contribute inventory position, vendor risk, and sell-through data to the monthly S&OP data collection cycle Prepare quantitative and management reporting for assigned vendor categories as needed

Qualifications Experience:

1-3 years in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management; import/wholesale industry experience a plus Skill(s): High accuracy in ERP/system data entry, strong vendor relationship management, and clear cross-functional communication

Tools:

Experience with ERP or inventory management systems; comfort learning new purchasing/logistics platforms Language(s): Fluency in both English and Korean required (written and spoken)

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
