Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory coordination for a Contract position based in Los Alamitos, California. This role plays an important part in keeping materials moving accurately and on schedule while maintaining organized records and smooth communication across logistics activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and follow-through are essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure materials are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation, labels, and related records to support efficient transportation and receiving activities.
  • Inspect delivered goods for accuracy, condition, and completeness, then report discrepancies or damages promptly.
  • Maintain organized inventory and logistics records, updating shipment status and tracking information as needed.
  • Work closely with warehouse, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues and keep operations moving smoothly.
  • Support packaging and order preparation tasks so items are secured properly and ready for distribution.
  • Follow established safety and security procedures when handling materials, shipments, and shipping areas.
