Works closely with Sales and Shipping to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled accurately. Work with warehouse & carriers on order releasing Accurately completes and coordinates shipping BOLs & Invoices Ensure outbound Customer collections are done routinely to minimize aging outstanding billing/invoicing accounts Logistics & transfer coordination, and carrier negotiation & management Inventory management to ensure supply is made available to support forecasted sales. Assist with general office operation support as needed Ensure own knowledge of products and industry are at a level that enhances service results to customers.
Requirement:
  • Minimum of 1-2 year of sales/customer service/marketing.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency: fluency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Provides a positive personal example in attitude, behavior, work ethic, appearance in daily manner
  • Basic knowledge of finance and business operations.
  • Excellent numerical literacy, detail-oriented ability to multi-task.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team in a dynamic technical sales environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication & negotiation skills and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
