This role is ideal for someone who understands how a warehouse should run, is mechanically inclined, works carefully with parts and equipment, and takes pride in keeping inventory, shipping, receiving, tools, vehicles, and work areas organized and accurate. You do not need a bachelor's engineering degree for this position. Strong candidates may come from a warehouse, AutoZone or other automotive-parts environment, distribution operation, industrial shop, maintenance setting, equipment-service company, or similar hands-on workplace. What You Will Do Receive, inspect, identify, document, and properly store incoming parts, tools, equipment, and materials. Pick, stage, package, label, and document outgoing shipments and field-service parts orders. Maintain accurate inventory records, part numbers, serial numbers, asset IDs, quantities, and warehouse locations. Perform cycle counts and help resolve physical-versus-system inventory discrepancies. Keep pallet racks, shelves, bins, staging areas, tools, and equipment organized and correctly labeled. Support equipment movement, material handling, warehouse housekeeping, and workplace safety. Support fleet readiness, basic vehicle checks, refueling/DEF procedures, tools, and operational supplies. Use HTC software systems for inventory, service-support, documentation, and daily operational updates. Learn and follow SOPs and work instructions and help improve checklists, labels, process maps, and operational procedures. Perform basic hands-on mechanical or assembly tasks within assigned training and competency. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent plus at least two years of relevant post-high-school experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory, automotive parts, logistics, maintenance, industrial operations, mechanical work, or a similar hands-on role; OR Associate degree from a community college or technical program in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related technical field. Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools, parts, equipment, labels, inventory, and physical materials. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn HTC inventory and operational software. Strong attention to detail, dependability, organization, communication, and teamwork. Ability to follow written procedures and safety requirements consistently.
