Schedule:

Full-time (2nd Shift) , Monday through Friday, 5:00pm - 1:30am with overtime as needed.

What You'll Do As a Routing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our transportation operations by: Planning and optimizing daily delivery routes for Class A drivers Sequencing stops to maximize efficiency and service performance Coordinating closely with drivers, warehouse teams, customer service, and sales Monitoring route progress and responding to operational challenges Adjusting routes based on volume, customer needs, traffic, equipment availability, and staffing changes Preparing route manifests, delivery documentation, and special instructions Maintaining accurate routing and delivery information within company systems Identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and route performance Supporting transportation compliance and operational best practices What We're Looking For Experience in route planning, dispatch, logistics, transportation coordination, or related operations Experience working directly with drivers and supporting delivery operations Strong geographic knowledge and route-planning skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Class A tractor-trailer operations Experience in distribution, wholesale, paper, packaging, or similar industries Familiarity with routing, dispatch, GPS, or transportation management systems (Roadnet is highly preferred) Understanding of DOT transportation requirements and Hours of Service regulations Bilingual English/Spanish skills What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
