We are a U.S.-based professional logistics company specializing in hazardous goods handling, customs clearance, warehousing, transportation, and after-sales service. We're looking for a highly organized and dependable individual to join our operations team. This role focuses on supporting logistics workflows. • Support daily operations including shipment updates, order tracking, file management, and WMS system operation (training provided).
• Coordinate with internal departments, overseas teams, and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage customer order instructions and communicate with warehouse for execution.
• Schedule and confirm inbound appointments, arrange truck quotations and bookings.
• Prepare, process, and maintain operational documentation.
• Handle incoming calls and provide effective communication with customers and carriers. Requirements
• Speak, read, and write fluently in Mandarin and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Able to follow established procedures while proactively suggesting improvements.
• Flexible and eager to learn new systems; adaptable to evolving business needs.
