is looking for a driven, detail-oriented, people-focused Swine Resource Representative to support our mission of delivering exceptional service to swine producers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building lasting client relationships, this may be the perfect fit for you! What You'll Do As a Swine Resource Representative, you'll play a key role in helping producers succeed every day by: Working directly with swine producers to provide product support and industry expertise Delivering economically smart solutions that enhance the customer experience Coordinating product and supply deliveries Building and maintaining strong client relationships Providing accurate, detail-focused service daily Leading projects and collaborating across teams Managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Offering livestock industry and supply chain knowledge Supporting team communication and teamwork Assisting in the warehouse by picking, packing, and shipping orders when needed Position Requirements Education Associate's degree in Animal Science or a related field preferred (relevant experience will also be considered) Experience 2+ years in agriculture or customer-focused roles preferred Work Environment High-energy, fast-paced office environment Team-focused culture with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to sit 8-10 hours per day Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to participate in meetings as needed Additional Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Compensation & Benefits $20-$25hr (based on experience) Paid single health insurance (family plans available) Dental, vision, life & disability coverage PTO + paid holidays Retirement plan Why Choose
