Job Description
$300 Sign On Bonus!!! P O'Mara Landscaping & Lawn Care has over 25 years of experience providing high quality landscaping solutions to residential communities in and around Chapel Hill, NC. We are pursuing career-oriented individuals that are prepared to make a meaningful contribution to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Securely load, transport, and deliver items safely and efficiently within assigned regional routes. Safely operate pickup trucks or box trucks depending on assignment. Maintain a professional, positive attitude when interacting with retail partners and customers. Carefully track all completed jobs, receipts and accurate records. Benefits include (after successfully completing a 90 day introductory period, you will be eligible for benefits including):- $300 Sign on bonus

- $175 per month to cover supplemental insurance options, including dental, vision, accident, disability, cancer coverage, and more.
- 401K company 4% match after 1 year The requirements are simple:
- Valid NC Driver's License and insurable by our carrier
- Ability to drive a box truck, dump truck, fork lift, dingo, etc.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and be e-verifiable
- Ability to lift at least 80 lbs.
- Must be a team player and professional.
- Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be strong at organization and the ability to delivery and pick-up material in a timely and professional manner.
- Must be able to communicate with other members.
- Work hours are typically Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Please reply with your resume or a list of current and past employers, along with a list of your skills.
