About the Role As a Manufacturing Planning Coordinator, you will serve as the central architect for our production workflows, ensuring that operational output aligns perfectly with customer demand. By leveraging your expertise in MRP systems and data analysis, you will drive supply chain efficiency and optimize manufacturing capacity to meet critical business goals. Responsibilities Design and maintain robust production schedules that harmonize inventory targets, machine capacity, and customer delivery timelines. Proactively identify and mitigate production bottlenecks to maximize throughput and ensure consistent operational flow. Partner cross-functionally with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to guarantee material availability and schedule feasibility. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence and capacity utilization to provide actionable insights for leadership. Spearhead continuous improvement projects aimed at refining planning parameters and enhancing system-wide scheduling accuracy. Translate complex data sets into strategic production plans that minimize downtime and reduce service risks. Required Skills 3+ years of professional experience in production planning or manufacturing scheduling. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data modeling and reporting. Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems, specifically SAP or similar MES platforms. Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve complex operational problems. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment. Preferred Skills Associate degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certification from APICS or ASCM. Experience utilizing Power BI for visualization and performance tracking.
