Job Summary:

We are partnering with a leading organization seeking an Inventory Planner to support end-to-end supply and inventory planning for a specific consumer segment. This position plays a key role in driving timely purchasing decisions, managing risks and opportunities, and delivering clear analysis that helps cross-functional stakeholders act with confidence.

Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end supply and inventory planning for an assigned consumer segment, ensuring inventory needs are aligned to business demand. Facilitate twice-monthly delivery planning and help ensure materials are planned and purchased on the appropriate timelines. Analyze demand and supply data, identify risks and opportunities, and escalate operational issues that may affect on-time purchasing. Present clear, data-driven insights to cross-functional partners and translate complex information into actionable stories for stakeholders.

Required:

5+ years of experience in supply planning and inventory management. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong ability to analyze demand and supply data, work through large datasets, and determine appropriate actions and timing. Excellent communication skills, including presenting to instructional forums and telling a compelling story with data. Proficiency with SAP ERP, Excel, Tableau, and Cognos for reporting and analysis. Comfort working in ambiguous, high-pressure, fast-changing environments with highly cross-functional communication.
