Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to join our team and drive the efficiency of our operations .The Supply Chain Planner manages e-commerce and direct-import products from replenishment planning through purchase-order and shipment execution. The role plans Amazon inventory using Sellercloud and Amazon Seller Central, coordinates orders and shipments with overseas suppliers and forwarders, and partners with the E-Commerce Customer Strategist and E-Commerce Director to support product availability and inventory goals. Responsibilities Plan and execute replenishment for assigned Amazon products using Sellercloud, Amazon Seller Central, and other planning tools by monitoring sales, forecasts, inventory, open purchase orders, inbound supply, weeks of supply, and stockout or excess-inventory risks. Partner with the Customer Strategy team and sales on new products, promotions, assortment changes, customer requirements, demand priorities, and inventory needs. Maintain accurate planning information and item, order, and shipment records within Sellercloud, Amazon Seller Central, and internal systems. Review customer sales orders daily and issue corresponding purchase orders to overseas factories. Coordinate with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders to track production and shipment schedules, ensure accurate and timely shipments, and resolve potential delays. Review and process packing lists, pro forma invoices, and other import or domestic shipping documents; resolve discrepancies and submit required paperwork to forwarders on time to avoid fines or late penalties. Stay current on customer order-management portals and maintain training materials or process documentation for each portal. Follow up with factories to ensure on time and correct shipment of goods to customers. Check paperwork from factories for accuracy to avoid fines from customers. Attend Go Forward meetings and establish planning screens for applicable direct-import and e-commerce items. Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management with a strong understanding of demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory control. Technical proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms; experience with MRP systems is essential. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel data analysis capabilities; familiarity with spreadsheets for forecasting and reporting purposes. Knowledge of, or ability to learn, e-commerce replenishment planning, Amazon Seller Central, Sellercloud, MRP, purchasing, import and export processes, ocean logistics, container loads, duties, and related documentation. Strong data-analysis and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate sales and inventory information into timely planning decisions. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, high-SKU environment. Ability and willingness to communicate with global supplier partners during evening or early-morning hours when required.

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
