Job Description Primary Job Duties Warehouse and Logistics Operations Package, transport, load, and secure materials for outbound shipment. Unload and deliver incoming materials accurately and safely. Documentation and Processing Prepare and maintain all shipping and receiving documentation. Perform special wire cuts as needed based on job specifications. Equipment Operation Operate forklifts and tow motors safely in accordance with company policies and procedures. Obtain and maintain company forklift/tow motor certification. Technology Use Use basic computer systems for inventory tracking, data entry, and shipping/receiving documentation. Compliance and Safety Perform all work in compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and applicable procedures. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all established safety protocols. Other Duties Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management. Job Requirements Ability to obtain and maintain company forklift/tow motor certification. Basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory management software. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to push, pull, climb stairs, stoop, bend, and stand or walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, including exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment. Ability to work overtime or varying shifts as needed to meet business demands. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety and quality.
