2989949537-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Liquid Environmental Solutions of Texas seeks a Sr Manager, Strategic Vendor Performance to optimize third-party partners supporting non-hazardous liquid waste collection and transport. In this role, you will design and manage vendor scorecards, SLAs, and governance routines to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective service across Texas operations. You will analyze performance data, lead business reviews, negotiate improvements, and align vendors with strict environmental and regulatory standards. Partnering with operations, finance, and safety, you will drive continuous improvement, mitigate risk, and support growth in a fast-paced, field-driven environment. Responsibilities Develop and manage vendor performance frameworks, SLAs, and scorecards for key service providers. Monitor vendor KPIs, analyze trends, and prepare performance dashboards and reports for leadership. Lead quarterly business reviews and governance routines with strategic vendors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and performance improvement plans to optimize cost and service quality. Ensure vendor adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across Texas operations. Partner with operations, finance, and safety teams to align vendor performance with field needs. Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks, capacity constraints, and service disruptions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Support expansion and onboarding of new vendors as the business grows. Coach internal stakeholders on vendor management best practices and performance expectations.
