Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Distribution Associate supports warehouse operations by preparing, assembling, staging, and moving products to ensure accurate and timely completion of jobs. The role includes both general distribution tasks and kitting/assembly work while maintaining workstation cleanliness and following safety procedures.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assemble kits accurately according to pick tickets/kitting sheets. Stage jobs for shipping with correct labeling and documentation. Assist with line set-up and material availability. Load/unload trailers and move products as directed. Maintain workstation cleanliness and safety compliance. Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including PPE. Report attendance exceptions (call-off, late, early leave). Participate in daily stretching and break/lunch schedules. Ability to meet or exceed assigned metrics/KPIs for job completions, accuracy, and workstation clean-up.REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English (Spanish bilingual a plus). Team player with attention to detail and accuracy.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
