Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Transportation Router to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and optimizing daily service routes for a fleet of independent drivers, ensuring timely drop offs and high customer satisfaction. This role plays a key part in the daily operational success of our transportation network.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, adjust, and optimize daily routes for independent drivers based on number of trips, driver availability, and geographic zones. Utilize route planning software to generate efficient routes. Monitor driver progress and provide real-time updates or re-routing as needed. Communicate clearly and professionally with independent drivers to relay schedules, changes, and expectations. Bilingual is required Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively

Qualifications :

1+ years of experience in transportation routing, logistics coordination, or dispatching (preferably with independent contractor drivers). Proficient in route optimization software and tools; strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. Excellent geographical knowledge and map-reading ability. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
