Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling & Purchasing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the coordination of production schedules and manage purchasing activities to ensure production runs as smooth as possible without delays. Your expertise in demand planning and production scheduling will drive efficiency, reduce waste, and support our commitment to on-time deliveries. Duties Develop and keep track of production schedules across the board for all customers. Keep track of all materials needed for production. Purchase materials as needed. Work with floor supervisor, shipping and accounting to ensure all production orders are met. Requirements Prospect must be able to multi-task and work under stressful and fast-paced environment at times. Must be able to communicate well with others and also must be efficient in Microsoft office tools as well as navigate customer portal systems.

POTENTIAL HIRE WILL NEED TO LIVE IN THE SURROUNDING AREA. NOT REMOTE.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
