Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scaffold Schedule Coordinator to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing scaffold installation and removal schedules to ensure seamless project progress. Your expertise in construction scheduling software (SAP) and project management tools will help coordinate multiple teams, manage resources efficiently, and uphold safety standards across all phases of scaffold work. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale scaffold and insulation projects by ensuring timely and cost-effective scaffold operations that support overall project success. Duties Develop detailed scaffold installation and removal schedules using advanced scheduling software such as SAP. Collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and procurement teams to align scaffold schedules with overall project timelines and resource availability. Monitor ongoing scaffold activities, adjusting schedules proactively to address delays or unforeseen issues while maintaining safety compliance. Analyze Excel data and other project data sources to generate reports on schedule performance, critical path activities, and potential bottlenecks. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure timely delivery of scaffolding materials and equipment. Maintain comprehensive records of schedule updates, changes, and communications to support project documentation and accountability. Develop and maintain SAP production schedules for scaffolding installation & removal, insulation fabrication, removal & install, for the repairs of industrial process systems. Plan and sequence fabrication, assembly, installation, and other operations according to client sequences and lead times. Analyze production specifications, construction data, from job scopes to determine material, and human labor resource requirements. Coordinate with client and company management to determine project status and adjust schedules as needed. Prepare and release production orders in SAP, ensuring completion dates, component availability, and resource allocation, Place orders for direct and indirect materials within SAP. Qualifications Proven experience with construction scheduling software such as SAP. Demonstrated ability in construction estimating, project planning, and cost management within the construction industry. Prior experience in construction site coordination or scaffolding operations is highly desirable. Excellent analysis skills with proficiency in Excel data analysis for schedule tracking and reporting purposes. Familiarity with construction plans, technical drawings, and site safety protocols related to scaffolding activities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while adhering to strict deadlines. Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and ensuring clarity in schedule expectations. Must be able to pass a drug test.
