Expert/Senior Expert, Supply Chain Engineering -
Germantown, WI or Princeton, NJ Location:
Germantown, WI or Princeton, NJ, US Join our global Supply Chain Engineering team and help shape the future of supply chain excellence. As the Expert/Senior Expert, Supply Chain Engineering, you'll analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, and lead end-to-end optimization projects across physical and digital supply chain processes. Leveraging expertise in process improvement, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies such as AI and Machine Learning, you'll drive continuous improvement, deliver measurable business value, and contribute to strategic supply chain transformation.Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation projects that deliver measurable business impact and enhance operational performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement sustainable improvements
- Contribute to the evolution of our digital supply chain roadmap through automation, analytics, AI, and Machine Learning initiatives
- Inspire and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement while advancing Lean Six Sigma and project management capabilities across the organization

You Bring:
- 4+ years' total work experience with 2-3 years in process improvement roles or equivalent, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end initiatives, coupled with proficiency using the latest digital tooling for analytics, automation, AI/ML, and process improvements
- Solid knowledge of Lean methods (Waste identification, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA)
- Written and conversational English at a proficient level to enable working in a global organization and team; Any additional language is a plus
- Conceptual out-of-the box thinker that likes to challenge the status quo
- Proactive team player that builds relationships throughout the organization and geographies to achieve common goals
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree and proven experience in Supply Chain Management or related field or a strong academic background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science with a demonstrated interest in supply chain processes The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position.
