FUNCTIONS
Quote, schedule, and track customer shipments via multiple programs and media Effectively communicate with customers, carriers, and coworkers verbally and electronically Problem-solve across logistical functions Update customer reactively and proactively regarding their shipments Collaborate positively with team members cross-functionally as support for accounts, modes, and other departments Maintain detailed records of exceptions Multitask in several portals with ease in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of urgency to serve the customer Ability to adapt to changes in processes as improvements occur
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (preferred) Logistics knowledge and understanding of LTL shipping requirements (preferred) Effective communication, negotiation, and networking skills Phone, email, and face-to-face etiquette Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
