Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join a food and food processing organization in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep transportation and product movement organized while supporting day-to-day supply chain activity across inbound, outbound, and intercompany operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient product flow.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the movement of materials and finished goods across inbound, outbound, and intercompany channels to help ensure deliveries stay on schedule.
  • Track shipments from dispatch through arrival and communicate timely status updates to teams and business partners.
  • Keep shipment logs, inventory records, and transportation documents accurate and up to date for daily operations.
  • Investigate delivery exceptions and coordinate with carriers or vendors to resolve transportation issues quickly.
  • Work with outside logistics providers and cross-functional stakeholders to improve coordination and day-to-day execution.
  • Assist with broader supply chain activities such as procurement support, inventory follow-up, planning coordination, and sourcing-related tasks.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel to support supply chain visibility and operational decision-making.
  • Contribute to process execution and other logistics-related assignments as business needs evolve during the contract period.
