Group/DivisionThe KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. Job Description/Preferred QualificationsThe Supply Chain inventory Analyst plays a critical role in driving supply chain performance across planning, execution, and strategic initiatives. This role operates across multiple areas of the supply chain-including inventory management, supply planning, product lifecycle transitions, and process improvement-depending on business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Ability tooperateeffectively in ambiguous,fast-paced, and evolving environments Demonstrated ability to take ownership of loosely defined problems and drive them to resolution Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without authority Strong communicationskills with the ability to present complex topics clearly to leadership Adjusts quickly to changing business priorities and effectively manages multiple competing demands Understands the business impact of supply chain decisions and operational activitie Analyzes data and identifies trends to support planning and decision-making Makes routine operational decisions within established guidelines and processes Demonstrates a strong understanding of inventory management principles and their impact on business performance Supports cross-functional partners, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, and Operations Proactively identifies and escalates supply chain risks, constraints, and potential disruptions Clearly communicates issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels Identifies opportunities for process improvements and drives operational efficiencies Takes ownership of assigned workstreams and ensures timely execution of deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with large datasets (Excelrequired; Power BI, SQL, or similar tools preferred) Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum Qualifications Master's Level Degree and 3 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5years; or equivalent work experience
Base Pay Range:
$77,800.00 - $132,300.00
