Position Overview:
Ligier Automotive North America (LANA) is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain and Inventory Analyst to support our fast-growing manufacturing and parts distribution operations. This role focuses heavily on inventory analytics, material requirements planning, demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure accurate inventory visibility and optimized stock levels. The position will also support procurement and warehouse operations, helping the organization improve upon purchasing decisions and accuracy, reduce costs and maintain efficient inventory flow. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a strong understanding of supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze inventory levels, movement and demand patterns to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate visibility into inventory quantities, locations and backlog
  • Develop demand forecast and supply planning strategies
  • Partner with manufacturing to ensure timely availability of components and materials required for subassemblies (lead time accuracy)
  • Monitor inventory KPIs such as safety stock, reorder point, and turnover
  • Identify slow moving or excess inventory and recommend corrective actions
  • Analyze purchase orders and supplier performance
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and purchasing efficiencies
  • Support analysis related to tariffs, import/export costs and landed cost
  • Work with warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory tracking and cycle counts
  • Support inventory audits and cycle counts
  • Assist with additional operational tasks (receiving/shipping) in the warehouse when necessary Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, or related field
  • Experience with Materials Requirement Planning (MRP)
  • 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (excel), Power Bi, and other data tools

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
