KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review finished goods production plan to ensure seamless supply of stocked and JIT raw materials Record and monitor KPIs to drive business decisions Evaluate inventory strategies based on supplier performance, production needs, and market conditions Work with inventory control team to verify inventory levels Coordinate material changes, balance outs, and trials for raw materials and packaging PO creation, distribution to suppliers, and updating to accommodate changing FG schedules Monitor and analyze business trends, identify opportunities and risks, and make planning recommendations to ensure an unbiased plan while supporting strategic initiatives Supplier development initiatives Identify and implement cost savings and continuous improvement opportunities Request and review Cost and Production Bill Of Materials Lead through decision making in routine and non-routine situations Perform usage adjustments Strong analytical and problem solving skills Self-starter and resourceful individual Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams; team player Ability to deal with ambiguity and make decisions on a limited set of data Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor communication to the senior level management Other responsibilities as assigned
SELECTION CRITERIA
Education Bachelors Degree Required:
Supply Chain Management or equivalent preferred APICs certification a plus Experience 2-5 years of experience in production planning and/or supply chain or equivalent Project leadership preferred Operations experience preferred Other Ability to develop and recommend process, system improvements Minimum of 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain planning, forecasting, business planning or related function Experience with advanced planning system Experience in business analytics and reporting tools
