This Replenishment Planner position is a part of the Supply Chain team within the PSNA group of International Paper. This position will work as the planning liaison between Containerboard Supply Chain and PNSA box plants in a team environment focused on driving integrated value to Industrial Packaging. Primary responsibility is supplying NAC with the right paper, to the right place, at the right time, for the lowest delivered cost. Satisfy stocking requirements for a set of box plants by managing finished and work in process inventory Ensure forecast accuracy and flow of product through the system by partnering with master planning, supply planning, logistics, transportation planning, and box plant counterparts Analyze cutup forecast, seasonality, transit times, freight cost, mill sourcing, and plant/region/DC on-hand inventory to make decisions on rollstock supply for plants Ongoing maintenance of inventory data, material extensions, forecast and safety stock changes in APO Improve service level to plants through timely resolution of operational and paper supply issues Analyze inventory position to calculate and submit weekly requirements to trade partners and monitor order status Perform detailed analysis of monthly freight charges submitted to Containerboard for reimbursement Resolve plant level inventory discrepancies identified by IA/GFS prior to month close Responsible for acting as primary resource for machine trim help Assist with Weekly Regional Calls Supply Chain Initiatives Actively participate and support various Containerboard change initiative projects Cost to Serve Slow Moving and Unforecasted Inventory Support 85% SKU in Stock Project GO (Grade Optimization) 2026 Regional RSA Deliberate Improvement projects

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field IPG Supply Chain experience (preferred) IPG Operating Model & SAP
