• Oversee all aspects of a 24x7, 4-shift non-union aluminum melting operation
• Directly manage 2 Supervisors and 4 Team Leads, with approximately 50 hourly employees reporting into the leadership structure
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including quality, safety, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement (CI) projects across the facility
• Establish leadership stability and accountability across all departments to support the site's rapid growth trajectory
• Maintain a hands-on, floor-driven presence to ensure operational excellence and adherence to safety standards Key Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a BS degree, or 15+ years of experience without a degree
• Must possess direct experience in metal melting operations — rotary furnace experience strongly preferred
