Job Description
  • Lead stakeholder interviews to understand current processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop end-to-end process maps using Visio or IBM BlueWorks Live.
  • Support design of future state processes, service models, and operating models.
  • Facilitate workshops, ask probing questions, and uncover root causes.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across: ○ Lending lifecycle (origination, underwriting, approval, booking) ○ Portfolio management and ongoing monitoring ○ Treasury Payment Services (TPS) cross-border operations
  • Prepare documentation and materials that support process redesign and change management.
  • Collaborate with senior process leads (Min in Toronto, Amber in Chicago/Naperville).

Lending experience Proficiency in Visio and/or IBM BlueWorks Live. Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to lead conversations with business stakeholders. Ability to ask questions in multiple ways to uncover root causes. Experience creating clear and structured process documentation. Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments. Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams.
