Nurse Practitioner LiveWell Homecare Agency Chicago, IL Job Details Part-time From $55 an hour 19 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Qualifications DEA License Advanced practice provider Working with individuals with mental health conditions Full Job Description We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting 600 long-term care facilities across multiple states, with expanding opportunities. Immediate openings are available for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing or interested in geriatric psychiatry in Bloomington, IL. This position can be full-time or part-time, offering flexible hours, daytime shifts (Monday-Friday), no weekends or on-call, and more 1:1 patient interaction with a dedicated practice manager and interdisciplinary team. Qualifications include an accredited NP or PA degree, valid license and DEA#, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of mental health care delivery. Preferred experience includes 1+ years working with geriatric populations and Medicare standards. Responsibilities involve evaluating, diagnosing, and treating primarily geriatric patients in various long-term care settings, prescribing medications, and collaborating with other disciplines.
Note:
psychological therapy is not included. Benefits include full or partial benefits, 401(k), and flexible scheduling. Pay starts at $55/hour. This is a full-time or part-time role with on-the-road work.
