Type:

full-time A leading client service firm is seeking an Associate to join its team and support a broad range of accounting, reporting, investment operations, and client service responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, managing multiple priorities, and gaining exposure to many areas of a sophisticated investment firm. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. With training, this person will become highly knowledgeable in the firm's portfolio reporting system and CRM and take ownership of the information and processes within both.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile client bank, brokerage, and investment accounts Assist with monthly client portfolio reporting Maintain and update portfolio reporting and CRM systems Prepare paperwork for new accounts and ongoing account maintenance Manage operational and administrative tasks related to client investments Process a high volume of money movement, including client bill pay and investments Communicate with clients, investors, fund managers, custodians, and service providers Manage incoming communications and ensure requests are completed or delegated appropriately Support the Relationship Managers, Investment Team, and Tax & Estate Planning Team as needed Take on special projects and ad hoc requests Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiencies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree 2-5 years of experience in client operations within the financial services/investment industry Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and follow-through Strong interest in investment operations and client service Comfortable learning and becoming proficient in reporting systems and CRM platforms This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within client services and investment operations while working closely with a highly experienced team.
